All hockey sticks do not come with a warranty which is how we can offer you the prices that we do.
If product during shipping, unless you elect to pay for insurance during shipping, it will not be covered.
If you suspect that your stick is broken due to a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us at your cost for examination. However, we reserve the right to not issue a refund for any damaged sticks.
Furthermore, our policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Because we customize each stick with your name and number, as requested at checkout, we do not offer returns or refunds for products that are not factory defected or covered by warranty reasons.
- Any item that does not have a receipt or proof of purchase
- Any item not in its original condition (at all used), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days from your receipt of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty return.
If you are approved, we will either replace the item or a refund will be processed. To process a refund, you will be credited for the stick as well the return shipping costs to the factory and this will automatically be applied using your initial method of payment. Proof of return shipping is required (a receipt).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are deemed eligible for a replacement or refund, the cost of return shipping will be credited to your account.
The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
